Transactions
– To try and avoid the need for physical contact when exchanging money, we’ll be accepting all payments via direct debit.
Our Appointments
– When we visit your property, we’ll do our best to keep ourselves separated from you. We also politely request that only essential individuals are on hand while we take care of installations to ensure everyone’s safety.
– Our personnel frequently clean their hands using hand sanitiser and anti-bacterial soaps, as well as using disinfectants on anything that they may use or touch.
Efficiency
– We won’t touch anything that we don’t need to, even going as far as to ask individuals to create a clear line for us by moving objects out of the way to ensure that we don’t touch anything we don’t need to.
– At a time like this, social distancing is vital, which can mean far more than just avoiding touching – we’ll also do our best to distance ourselves from you at all times; from when we handle installations, to providing you with a quote.
